Learn how telephony features work in Playbooks. This course covers the basics of telephony and Playbooks including some terminology, how outbound calls are made, how inbound calls and SMS work with the platform, and how to log telephony related issues.
This course is recommended for any Playbooks user, but especially for those attempting to achieve Power User level. This course is a pre-requisite for Advanced Playbooks Telephony 201. We strongly recommend you register or login on XANT University before you complete steps in this course in order to track your progress.
