In the previous Playbooks Telephony Basic (101) course you learned how the Agent Leg and Client Leg are connected to Playbooks at a high level. Now we are going to dive a little deeper and introduce additional terminology to the process. Knowing these details will help you to better understand the process and troubleshoot potential telephony related issues with different groups (customer telephony teams, XANT telephony team, phone carriers, etc.)
